In line with the Sports Wagering Act by the Illinois General Assembly, a mandatory tax of $0.25 will be added to all bets.
Where tax has been applied, this will be visible on your bet slip when entering your wager.
Good to know
Pushed Bets and Cashed Out Bets will still have the tax applied.
Tax on my Parlay Bets
Parlay Bets with multiple legs are considered a single bet, so the fee will only be applied once.
If you have multiple straight bets on the same bet slip, these will be considered separate and the fee will be applied for each one.
Voided or canceled bets
If your bet is voided or canceled, the tax fee will be refunded to your account balance.
Bonuses and Bonus Bets
The tax will apply to Bonuses and Bonus Bets. Where this is the case, bet365 will cover the cost of this tax.
